I placed an order for a muffler for my Range Rover on Aug. 28, 2010. I called on Aug. 30, 2010 to cancel. The site says no hassles on refunds. I was told the first time that I called that the order was being processed and someone will contact me about the cancellation within 30 mins. I called them back after an hour and was told that now some carrier service picked it up for delivery.
