Sears Home Service is very disappointing. I had an service appointment to repair my washer this afternoon and I called Sears Home Service this morning to confirm the appointment and the representative told me positively that the technician will come to my home between 1:00-5:00 PM. So I took the afternoon off from my work to stay at home. Then around 4:30pm Sears called me that the technician could not come and I had to schedule another appointment.
