We refinanced our mortgage with PNC. Please do not do this if you are thinking about using this bank. The customer service is horrible. We started the refinancing process 2 months before our bank (formerly National City) changed over to PNC. We filled out the National City paperwork only to have to have to do the whole process over again on PNC papers.
