Our water heater went out late this afternoon. We have Master Protection Agreement on our microwave, garage door opener, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and water heater. We called and after a 37 minute wait we finally talked with a rep. We were told that no one would be available to look at the heater until 09/07. Hmmm, that's 8 days without hot water!!! My husband told the rep that this was unacceptable and the response was he hung up!!!
