working long hours and cant make it to the bank to make my car payment. when i get home and try to call for help to make the payment they wont anwser after 6 pm central time. i live in arizona and cant find any help and now i fear that my payment will be late. i also work saturdays just cant make it to the bank.there customer service doesnt make it easy to do business with them! now my credit may be harmed because of this.this is why i dont do the rest of my banking with them. i have always thought that it should never be difficult to take a customers money insnt that why you are in business to begin with? read full review »
