Funtopia Ripped me off by charging my visa card $ 28.50 for downloading music to my Verizon cell phone. I was not able to download the music to my cell phone, after I had the charge to my Chase visa card . The way you had contact the customer service center was by e mail only. I contacted their customer service center by e mail & told them I wanted my $28.50 refunded back to me, due to not getting the music on my cell phone after paying for it to download it. That was on 8/25/2010, I got a email message from them, stating that a customer represenitive would contact me to get the matter resolved, but have not heard anything further. read full review »
