I have been purchasing movie tickets on this website since August 2007. In 2008, one of the orders got "misplaced." I contacted them and they explained that it may been lost in the mail. Therefore, they sent me replacements. Now in 2010, another order got "misplaced", which is really weird because I get all my bills, my mail and everything at the same address and the postal service hasn't misplaced any of those.
