They have restricted many accounts on the games website: superpokepets.com. There is not an appeal process and numerous emails are never answered, and the few that are answered is a standard form letter accusing the person who has the restricted account of fraud and being a cheat/thief. I am one of the blocked (restricted) accounts. Nobody will talk to you or answer your emails, not ambassadors, not administration and certainly not "customer service".
