This SEO company did very poor SEO work. They failed to perform multiple items listed on our contract with them. They are defensive and abusive on the phone. They were notified via certified mail of the breach in contract and they responded by threatening to take our site down, refused to give us access to our own site, and demanded MORE money to get the site back online.
