Since 9 December 2009 I have received my husbands medication from Direct medicine and I experience problems with the account. Everytime that I have paid the account it has net been deducted and keep on appearing on the statement when the medication is delivered. With every payment I am faxing a confirmation through to show that I have paid. What are they doing with the confirmations are they throwing it in the dustbin or what?
