I am very unhappy with the lack of any kind of response from Virgin mobile re various complaints. About a month ago I e-mailed them about network problems and the fact that one cannot get through via call centre as the queues are so long. My bank had rejected my debit order and I paid manually, it took about R200 in airtime to get through to the call centre who then promised to reconnect me after I faxed proof of payment... they never did.
