On the 27 Aug 09 we phoned Trojan call centre to have our Treadmill repaired.They said they would sms us when the technicians would asses the machine, they smsed on friday and hour before they came. The Technicians were very rude and unhelpful and told us the machine could not be repaired when asked why, they changed their story and said they could not take it to the workshop cause their bakkie was full.
