On 31st January 2009 Jacklin Enterprises deducted an amount of R117.93 from my Standard Bank account without my consent. A few days later I received a package of books, which I accepted, although I did not order them. Then in June 2009 I started receiving threatening letters that I owe them another R117.93 for a second package of books they claimed to have sent to me, which I never received.
