I recently had to do some renovations that got to a point where it was necessary to get a plumber in. Having found an advert in the Yellow Pages, that stated they were the quickest and cheapest, I contacted AAA Plumbing to come in and give us a quote. As we were under a tight time restraint, we accepted the quote for one portion of the work. They require a 50% deposit in order to purchase materials for the job. We paid them the 50%.
