This is THE worst company I have ever dealt with. After paying them thousands of dollars over many years and telling them over and over, NEVER to cancel ANY of our domains, we thought we had an understanding. Then one year Outlook delivered their renewal reminder to my Spam box and I never saw it. By chance I was in my Moniker account a couple of days after those names were due for renewal.
