i purchased a 40" sony bravia tv from sears in 2007 and also purchased the extended warranty. on aud 8, 2010 tv wold not turn on and standby light was blinking..called sears on aug 8th and they sent a technician out to my home and was told part had to be ordered and would be in by 23rd of aug and tech would be out btween 8am and noon..well no tech...the co had called me on the 22nd to confirm my appt. and no tech. i called seras 4 my home at 1pm and got someone i could barely understand that told me my tech was running late and would call... read full review »
