I purchased an i-tune gift card at a grocery store in town. I scratched off the label, as instructed gently using a coin, and 2 of the letters/numbers were unreadable. So I contacted Apple and they said I had to fill out forms for a refund and send it in. I said there is a card number on the back. Isn't there a way to pull up the code? They really need better ways to have the code printed on the back of the card. Too many people have had the same problem and they know you are not going to take the time to fill out forms to mail in for a refund.
