In my mind, this is a scam. First thing - don't ever send anyone money to sell a timeshare and secondly, don't let these scam artists gain the trust of your older parents. My mother recently was called by an employee or person representing Vacation Property Resellers out of Largo, FL. My mother is in her late 70's and widowed.
