After fulfilling a 3 year lease term, I was offered a month-to-month option. However, when I returned the terminal and went with another provider, I found that the sales person had put me into another 4 year lease. I was stuck. FDGL says they are not responsible and I must pay out the lease. It has been 4 years at $32.01 per month and they attempt to charge me property tax, on the property that I returned to them almost as long ago, that I have to fight each year.
