I have moved over 15 times in my lifetime and this was the most unorganized, nightmarish move I have ever experienced. I contracted with them (Keith was the representative I dealt with) on Aug 23 for a full pack and moving of my household, they were scheduled to come on Aug 26 with a back up date of Aug 27.
