I took the initiative and went to Ackermans Eastgate to make paymet on my account, the consultant at the customer service counter refused to assist me as she said that without the card they cannot assist me even though I offered to give her my id number, she told me she was to busy to call the Head Office, so I walked out very disappointed with the service I received.
