If you dispute any amount on the statement they send you, and don't pay it until you resolve, they carry on charging you R100 every month as a 'late payment reminder', even if you carry on paying everything else and on time. They often don't send statements on time, and you have to call them and remind them. They neglect their duties as managing agents and are rude, arrogant and dishonest. read full review »
