I have spent a significant amount of money purchasing different computer ware at Matrix warehouse Randfontein. We initially had no reason to complain about the customer service, but as several products became faulty and we kept on returning to them, it was obvious that the staff became irritated with us. The following products were purchased from Matrix that had to be returned: Power supply, graphics card, 2 X RAM and a screen.
