I purchased a DVD camcord December 08 ... This camcorder started giving me problems in July 09. Took it back to the store, as it was still under warrenty, to be repaired. I took it back on the 02 Aug 09. I went to enquire about it on the 22 & 29 Aug 09 and still nothing ... Bolted to a wall in the return reception is a sign stating if not fixed in 3 weeks the item will be replaced or a full refund will issued.
