I get a call from Shawn Martin, claiming to be looking for an individual that listed me as a reference. I couldn't tell if it was a male or female that I was talking too. It claimed to be seeking this person as a lawsuit was being filed for a loan. I asked them if they understood what '3rd party disclosure' meant and they had no clue.
