I have in inaccurate report on my account from WFNNB/EXPRESS. The account was paid and closed in 2000. Now it shows as active through 2007, which is a surprise to me. I tried the (614) 729-4000 3# for Consumer Relations and you get a recording they are not available, leave a message, then you get a recording the mailbox is full to hit another code to get the backup and the vicious cycle begins, and round and round you go...
