I purchase a free trail of acia on line using my debit card. I was charged $3.95 the product, which I haven't recieved and also 29.95 for a support group which I did not sign up for. I did call the company and they said that they would refund the money back to my account. I was given a confirmation number, but I have not yet seen the credit to my account. As a result of purchasing Acia on line I have also discovered another deduction from my account from a company name I-P myphysiqu in the amount of 91.99.
