My family owns 3 cars that have been serviced at PepBoys in Wilmington, DE at Concord Pike location (the service manager is Ed Thomas). Not anymore, never again. DON'T GO THERE!!! They are absolutely incompetent, dishonest and careless. They could not fix an oil leak on my Toyota Camry, they misdiagnosed the leak and wrong part was replaced, cost me $400 and still has oil leak.
