They are at it again. Since 2002, this so called Law Firm has harrassed myself and my spouse under the guise of Bank Of America. No One serves Court papers to the Respondent in person anymore? I got a Copy (red Stamp) in my Mail Box today. Some process server claims she met me in person and mailed said Copy?? They are attempting to collect interest and fees totaling $9000.00 for my failure to pay B of A>?
