I also have issue with salute paid account on time just after collected annual payment closed card also prior to this they sent a letter stating something about bill being sent in wrong envelpe to use a regular envelope from now on just kept using envelope sent with bill sounded fishy, when got letter stating to continue to pay my account even though everyones account was being close supposedly due to ecconomy the people higher up thought this was best way to go.
