This is a complaint directed towards the 211 so-called 'crisis hotlines' and other hotlines you find-- the people working these hotlines are very rude, abusive to callers, have no idea what they're talknig about, tell victims of abuse tehy're 'allowing it' and all sorts of nonsense- they are not crisis counselors but mostly psychopaths behind the phone lines who abuse desperate people calling in who are in a state of crisis...the people that work at these places are also sick in the head, have no concept of how to... read full review »
