This company has worthless customer service. We ordered a pool in May, I first called their customer service line and asked to place an order, I was told that it is easier to do so online, then when I did I didn't receive the discounts that I was told I would get. I called customer service once again, I ended up redoing the order over the phone to get the discounts, I paid via wire transfer as I was told that this would be the quickest way to go.
