My naive 17-yr-old daughter was approached by a very agressive salesperson who managed to talk her into a $378 purchase. The next day she realized what had happened and we tried to return the product but the salespeople in the Galleria kiosk refused and referred us to customer service. We sent a copy of the receipt to a person there named Leon who later refused to answer his phone or respond to email. I can't imagine how these people can, with a clear conscience, prey upon teenagers like this. This business has a BBB rating of F. It has never answered a complaint against it. read full review »
