Had Tony from Vasco Electrical come over to fix a faulty fridge. Said the motor needed to be replaced, promptly did so - service seemed fine so far. Next day, fridge motor sounded way too loud - funny noises coming from fridge. Called him to please come and address problem - promised me he would be there later that day. 2 WEEKS later and a phone call every day - with constant promises to come and sort out problem.
