I applied for a free credit report on line. I never received a free credit report, and they have been charging my account each month. I notified my bank and got some of the money back. I was told that there would be no more charges made. Here it is about 6 months later and the charge for $14.95 is still showing up on my bank statement. How do I get them to stop. I am sr citizen and cannot afford this. I never received a credit report . This company should be investigated and shut down for fraud. This report was supposed to be free.
