I scheduled an appointment on 8/16 for my refrigerator. The rep told me the soonest someone could get to me was 8/30. After taking the day off from work, the tech calls me around 4pm saying he was 45 minutes away. Those 45 minutes turned into 3 hours without a reply. When I called back, I was told I had to reschedule for Tuesday 8/31 because the routing dept. was closed for the day and they couldnt contact the technician. Its funny how when I mentioned to the rep that I was taking my business elsewhere, she kindly offered me a $25 gift card... read full review »
