Pick up was good and timely, except for the fact that they charged twice what was quoted. On delivery they "lost" over 200 items, including a computer, a bicycle, a scanner, a breadmaker, tools, all my power tools, etc, etc.. All easily resalable on the black market. And on top of that they damaged pretty much all the furniture that they moved. Over $10, 000 worth of damage and loss, and now they are offering us $600 to reimburse us. read full review »
