I received an sms that I did not pay my Clicks Credit card. I checked my payment history on my account and I paid the card on 27 Aug 09. I phoned Clicks credit card division and they put me through to collections. I had to wait on hold between both calls and the phone was hung up after I’d given my details. No one phoned me back and they knew why I was phoning. I tried to get through again but was left on hold again so I stopped because I was calling from my cell. This is now costing me money and it should not because I did pay my credit card. I want someone to contact me from there but getting through takes forever. read full review »
