Problem 1: i took a Life policy with Claudius Motlhasedi and because he did not have the knowledge regarding payments, i was debited early and my account is messed up as a result. Problem 2: When he sold us the policy he promised that he will set up an appointment with a consultant to do our will for free. when the policy was set, he turned around and told us that we need to pay for the will, he lied to us and its one of the main reasons why we took the policy.
