I am a contract client with Virginmobile, and have been for over two years. A few months ago, I lost my credit card. When the new card arrived, I informed Virgin of the number, but they neglected to process it. As a result, my account ended up in arrears. They never bothered to contact me, but handed me over to ITC as a defaulter. Everything was eventually cleared up, but it took over four months to get Virginmobile to deduct the arrear amount.
