I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Finish Line on 8/9/2010. I had to call the 1-800 # as the website would not let you view the checkout page. Just one of the problems the company has. The girl took my order over the phone and REverified my name address, email, etc THREE TIMES! Yet when I didn't get the confirmation email the next day, I called back and was advised she had transposed 2 letters in my last name on my email address.
