2 weeks ago I bought two pairs of kids shoes in Finish Line. I have to say the ones that I purchased are sold only in their stores. The second time my son wore the shoes the Velcro on one broke and cannot be repaired. When I returned to the store for an exchanged I was told that I need a receipt or an original box, which makes all the sense to me. But I did not keep the receipt due to not anticipating for the shoes to fall apart after only two days. When I asked for a copy of a policy on damaged items it could not be provided to me.
