Net 10 has no idea what customer service is. They tie you up on the phone for 45 minutes or more tying to resolve complaints. I tried to switch my old phone for a newer model. I have been called by a supervisor and my phone still does not work properly. STAY AWAY from this company. Any company that does not have a phone listed for their headquarters is very shady to begin with. read full review »
