My HP Plasma 42 Inch TV has sound but no picture. It has problem from day one. I called HP and they sent technician twice. Third time I wanted them to replace TV, they replaced some board. It worked fine for EXACTLY 44 months. I hardly used this TV. We got it for close to 1500$ from best buy. Now when my kids were watching dora, picture died but voice is ok. I called technician and he charged me $60 to say that some Y board is gone and it need to be replaced. He wants 500 for board and his fixing cost of 80 making it 580$. I am totally upset. Can I get HP to fix it? Can some one tell me what to do? I will call HP customer service tomorow read full review »
