Dear Sir's, My company variant Corporation purchased this new laptop from HP authorised dealer in South Extension Part-2, New Delhi, model no. HP Compaq-420 (Serial No.SCNU015CHJ). This laptop started fuctioning poorley only after 10-15 days of its purchase date. Th complaint was registered with ther authorised dealer whose address is given below.
