Bought a brand new HP printer from officemax store. Never started working. Just keep showing Out of paper message, inspite of all steps per the guide / online support. Took 3 reminder followup to get to know that there could be one of the step needed. processed 4 hrs of steps thro online support agent and reinstalled the printer - done by agent.
