My debit card was cloned. This means someone takes your numbers and makes a new card with thier name on it to use. It was used 4 time in one day and I caught it the very same day and called to cancel the card and report the fraud. They gave me a provisional credit on the 4 charges and told me they were mailing paperwork to fill out for my claim. 4 days later they took the money back and the next day I received a letter stating the charges were valid.
