My account was charged $14.95 and $9.95 by this company - WHO I'VE NEVER HEARD OF! I contacted them (800.448.1944) and was told that they were "Sorry" but I must have agreed to "try a 30 day free trial" from a Television order that I made, and didn't cancel after 30 days. (I never buy off of TV.. Never.)
