I have a huge problem with the quality of the trees that were delivered to my home. For the prices I paid, I expected to receive trees that were at the same age and size as the ones offered in a local Lowes or Home Depot. I understand that shipping causes stress to the trees- however the trunk width and short heights are not affected by shipping. They do not take returns, and only refund some store credit if they determine that tree died. This is the biggest rip-off of a company.
