I rented a couch from rent a center in franklin indiana I have had issues and filed complaints with the company and gotten no where. The first sign of trouble was when a certain employee would call me days before my payment was even due asking when i would be making the payment and was even calling relatives and the payment wasnt even due yet. I had become due on my account and during that time I recieved several calls from this place I mean they would call and then hang up and call back again and again with in seconds of the call.
